Shipping
- We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.
- Flat-rate shipping is $15.00. Orders of $150 or more (before tax) ship free.
- Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province, and applies to shipping charges as required by Canadian tax rules.
- Orders are prepared for shipping once payment has been received.
For an update on your order, email us with your Order ID.
Payment
We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer.
- After you place your order you'll see — and receive by email — your Order ID and total.
- Send the total in CAD to zorahtorah@gmail.com.
- Put your Order ID in the e-Transfer message so we can match your payment.
We will never ask for your card number, banking password, or e-Transfer security answer by email or phone.
Returns & Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us at zorahtorah@gmail.com with your Order ID and a photo, and we'll work with you to make it right.
For any other return question, contact us before sending anything back so we can help.
Privacy Policy
What we collect.
- Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address, order notes, and the products you buy.
- Wellness assessment: your answers, the resulting protocol, and basic browser information. This is anonymous unless you choose to email yourself the results.
- Email: if you ask us to send your protocol, we save your email with that protocol.
- Your cart is stored only in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
How we use it. To process and ship your order, confirm payment, send you the information you requested, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Who else processes it. Our web host stores order and assessment data. Order and lead details are sent to our private team workspace (Slack) so we can fulfil orders quickly. This site also loads content from third parties that may receive your IP address: Google Fonts, Cloudflare (icons), Tailwind CDN, a website chat assistant (Aminos), and YouTube (only if you play the video).
Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing zorahtorah@gmail.com.
